How can I join Pollie?

Our app is available for download for Apple users here.

We are not currently available for Android users, but will be soon!

Can I join Pollie without a diagnosis?

Yes, you can join without a formal diagnosis! If you have bothersome symptoms or don't fit the diagnostic criteria for a condition, Pollie may still be a great fit for you to help find the root cause of your symptoms. While we cannot provide a diagnosis for you, we can help recommend physicians in your area.

I need access  to medical care, can Pollie help?

Pollie is not a medical provider, but here are a list of resources to help if you do need access to medical care. Our team is always happy to try and help find additional resources based on your needs, so please reach out if you need support.

What are the credentials of the Pollie care team? 

Pollie's care team includes certified health coaches and registered dietitians. We also have a stellar Medical Advisory Board made up of a range of OBGYNs, RDs, researchers, and behavior scientists.

Is there a free version of Pollie?

Yes, there is a free version of Pollie! If you decide to join Pollie as a Starter member, you will get access to symptom tracking, your own care coordinator, and our eduction library. You can always upgrade to a paid membership whenever you need more support.

How much does the paid program cost?

We have 2 paid memberships as part of Pollie designed to meet your desired level of support. The Program membership is $65.99 per month and the Flex membership is $9.99 per month.

Is Pollie covered by insurance?

Pollie is not currently covered by insurance. Something we are actively working on! Individuals can use their HSA/FSA to pay for our lab packages.

Are the Pollie lab packages covered through insurance?

We run labs through a third-party partner that does not accept insurance. However, you can use your HSA/FSA to purchase a lab package. We also can work with you to have your current physician order one of our recommended lab panel through your insurance.

Is Pollie virtual?

Yes! Pollie is an app-based virtual care platform. You can easily chat with your care team and meet with specialists all from the comfort of your home. If you decide to get labs drawn through us, we will send you to a nearby LabCorp facility for the blood draw.
